To access us, you need to travel 6 kilometers along the Fort Portal-Kasese road on the periphery of Fort Portal. Rujuna Hilltop Guest House is found among the foot hills of the Rwenzoris with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains. The site combines some how attractive charm, and easy access to all the major tourist attractions in the region, plus the Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale Forest and Semliki National Parks.
Our leisure activities are cultural trails, (for example guided tours of cultural sites, musical instrument making and special ceremonial experiences), nature tours and communing with local community. A number of our guests also like to take long rambles through the luxuriant green country-side.
The staffs we have make sure that guests get a friendly service in keeping with the hospitable nature of the Burungu community, which is embedded in Traditional Toro Culture. The Guest House is made up of seven bedrooms adorned along comfortable and simple western Ugandan themes. Four of the rooms are likely to be used as either single or double rooms. Washing facilities are hot and cold running water with either showers or bathtub as favored. Our hotel is lucky to use of solar power guarantees consistent continuous lighting and water heating.
Meals are given to you in the lounge or on the balcony, where guests can get pleasure from a marvelous sunset and good seeing of the natural vegetation and settlements in rural Kabarole. Modern Media and Telecommunication facilities are also present for connection to the outside world. Rujuna Hilltop Guest house is truly for groups of up to 10 people, small conferences and seminars.
